Join Next Chapter Coffee on a flavorful 24-day holiday tour de force exploring 20 countries while experiencing the world’s finest coffee. Director of Product & Programs Catherine Mansell, a certified coffee Q-Grader, of New Orlean’s Current Crop, who are purveyors of specialty rated single-origin coffees, has assisted in selecting 24 of the world’s finest brews to survey during our journey.  From African’s Yirgacheffe, “Land of Many Springs, around the world to Central America’s fabled volcanic soils, you will experience lovely familiar coffee notes along with, yet to be experienced, horizon expanding aromas and flavors. Your sojourn will be amplified with smooth, lingering, uninterrupted qualities only found in the finest curated coffees. Coffees will be wet, dry, natural and honey processed to intensify this epic voyage.

Our ports of calls include Ethiopia, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Timor, India, Honduras, Java, Peru, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Mexico, Panama, Jamaica, Republic of the Congo, Tanzania, Hawaii, Burundi and Columbia.  The cornucopia of aromas and flavors will be unrivaled… pear, dried fruit, caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, brown spice, tobacco, green apple, clove orange, dark chocolate, maple, molasses, lime, blueberry, melon, graham cracker, nutmeg, strawberry, peach, black pepper, cedar, malt, pine, stone fruit, pomegranate, almond, peanut, cherry.
